General. - TopTickets.biz acts as an intermediary between buyers and ticket brokers to facilitatethe purchase and sale of event tickets and as such, is not directly involved in the actual ticket sale transaction between the buyers and ticket brokers. The following are the rules or "Terms" that govern use of the Toptickets.biz Web site ("Site") by you, the user of theSite ("User"). By using or visiting the Site, User expressly agrees to be bound by these Terms and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Site. Ticketstoget.com.com reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, effective immediately uponposting on the Site. If User violates these Terms of Use,Ticketstoget.com.com may terminate User's access to the Site, bar Userfrom future use of the Site, cancel User's ticket order, and/or takeappropriate legal action against User.
Orders. Orders through TopTickets.us (and other domains owned by us) will be fulfilled by one of our network of participating brokers. Contactinformation for the broker who fulfills your order (Fulfilling Broker)will be provided to User during the purchase process. If you lose thisinformation User may contact Ticketstoget.com@ticketnetwork.com to getinformation about the order. All sales are final. Since tickets are aone-of-a-kind item and not replaceable, there are no refunds, exchangesor cancellations. If an event is postponed, tickets will be honored forthe rescheduled date. New tickets will not need to be issued. If anevent is cancelled without a rescheduled date, User will need tocontact the Fulfilling Broker for a refund. The Fulfilling Broker mayrequire the User to return the supplied tickets at User's expensebefore receiving any refund User may be entitled to due tocancellation. Ticketstoget.com is not responsible for providing orsecuring this refund for User. Any shipping and handling charges arenot refundable. Neither Ticketstoget.com nor the Fulfilling Broker willissue exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost,stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. When User receives tickets, Usershould keep them in a safe place. Please note that direct sunlight orheat may damage tickets.
Occasionally tickets ordered may no longer be available atthe price or in the quantity originally ordered at the time the orderis received. If equivalent or better seat locations are available atthe same price, and User has chosen to be automatically upgraded, theFulfilling Broker will fill the order with the alternative seatlocations. If User is automatically upgraded, User's credit card willbe charged at the time the order is received and User will be contactedfor notification of the new seat locations. If User has not chosen tobe automatically upgraded, a representative from the Fulfilling Brokermay contact User to discuss alternative seat locations, and User'scredit card will not be charged until we have received permission fromUser to fill your order with alternative seat locations.
In Order to protect our users from fraud, a user may berequired to provide additional proof of identify on any order. Proof ofidentity may include but is not limited to a signed credit cardauthorization and/or photocopies of notarized public documents such asa state driver's license or federal passport.
All orders are shipped via User's chosen shipping methodto the billing address of User's credit card (no exceptions). Mostorders are processed the same business day in which they are received.Orders placed after business hours may be processed on the nextbusiness day. For certain events, tickets may not be available forimmediate shipment. In this case, a representative from the FulfillingBroker will contact User with notification of an approximate shippingdate. Tickets will be shipped when available, and choice of anexpedited delivery method does not guarantee that tickets will beshipped immediately. All shipments will require a signature at thepoint of delivery. Customers outside of the United States must choosean International Delivery option. If any other option is chosen for anorder outside the United States, the shipping cost may be adjusted bythe Fulfilling Broker after the order is placed to use theInternational Rate.
If User specifies a shipping address that does not allowfor Delivery Verification, such as a Post Office Box, User may berequired to pay an additional fee to cover the additional risksassociated with this type of order. If such a shipping address is used,the Fulfilling Broker will, at their discretion, either contact youabout the additional fee prior to shipping or cancel your order andnotify you of such cancellation.
Pricing Tickets sold through our site are fromsecondary ticket market brokers and are being resold in many casesabove the price or "face value" listed on the ticket. Ticketstoget.comand its participating brokers are not directly affiliated with anyperformer, sports team, or venue and we do not act as a primary salebox office.
Ticketstoget.com cannot confirm the price of an item untilyou order; however, the Fulfilling Broker does NOT charge your creditcard until after the ticket has been secured. DespiteTicketstoget.com's best efforts, a small number of the items listed onthe Site may be mispriced. If the Fulfilling Broker discovers an item'scorrect price is higher than the stated price, the Fulfilling Brokerwill, at their discretion, either contact you for instructions beforeshipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Prices stated on the Site do not include any state orother local taxes that may apply to User's order. All prices are inUnited States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specifically stated.
Credit Card Charges. If TicketNetwork Direct is thebroker handling your order, the name TicketNetwork Direct will appearon your credit card statement rather than Ticketstoget.com. If anotherbroker is handling your order, their business name rather thanTicketstoget.com will be the name appearing on your statement. If youhave any questions about charges on your credit card statement feelfree to contact us at Ticketstoget.com@ticketnetwork.com.
Permitted Use. User agrees that User is onlyauthorized to visit, view and to retain a copy of pages of this Sitefor User's own personal use, and that you shall not duplicate,download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute the material on thisSite for any purpose other than to review event and promotionalinformation, for personal use, or to purchase tickets or merchandisefor User's personal use, unless otherwise specifically authorized byTicketstoget.com to do so. The content and software on this Site is theproperty of Ticketstoget.com.com and/or its suppliers and is protectedby U.S. and international copyright laws.
Links. The Site may automatically produce searchresults that reference or link to third party sites throughout theWorld Wide Web. Ticketstoget.com has no control over these sites or thecontent within them. Ticketstoget.com cannot guarantee, represent orwarrant that the content contained in the sites is accurate, legaland/or inoffensive. Ticketstoget.com does not endorse the content ofany third party site, nor do we warrant that they will not containviruses or otherwise impact User's computer systems. By using the Siteto search for or link to another site, User agrees and understands thatUser may not make any claim against Ticketstoget.com for any damages orlosses, whatsoever, resulting from use of the Site to obtain searchresults or to link to another site.
